Mr. Ujjwal Bhattarai
Ujjwal Bhattarai is an emerging researcher, journal management professional, and academic contributor dedicated to strengthening the global research ecosystem through scholarly collaboration, editorial leadership, and academic engagement. With over five years of experience in diverse research endeavors and academic coordination, he combines academic rigor with practical experience, contributing to the development of a strong research culture and the advancement of quality scholarship at both national and international levels.
An MPhil graduate and aspiring PhD scholar, he has served in diverse academic and research leadership roles, including Executive Editor, Research Fellow, Research Coordinator, and Member Secretary across national and international journals and reputed academic institutions such as Kathmandu Model College (KMC), Model Institute of Technology (MIT), and Ace Institute of Management. His expertise spans academic journal management, scholarly publishing, research supervision, and the organization of flagship research initiatives, including conferences, workshops, academic forums, and capacity-building programs, while also contributing to the integration of research culture within academic institutions and teaching–learning practices.
Currently, he is also engaged with the STAR Scholars Network as an Editor and Research Fellow, contributing to international scholarly initiatives, academic networking, and publication development.
As the co-founder of MSSRN and MSSRN Press, Ujjwal is committed to building dynamic scholarly platforms that connect researchers, educators, practitioners, and emerging scholars across disciplines and borders. His vision centers on fostering inclusive scholarly ecosystems, advancing internationalization, strengthening research collaboration, promoting grassroots scholarly engagement, and expanding opportunities for scholarly dialogue and knowledge exchange, thereby bridging local academic initiatives with global research communities.
