Oshin Gurung is an academic, researcher, and journal management professional with a strong passion for advancing research culture and scholarly engagement. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. Her academic and research interests include emotional intelligence, workplace well-being, organizational behavior, leadership, empathy, and diversity in organizations.
Oshin is a co-founding member of the Management Social Science Research Network (MSSRN) and plays an active role in MSSRN Press, supporting the development and management of academic journals and scholarly publications. She has been extensively engaged in journal operations, manuscript management, peer review coordination, and academic publishing processes.
Through her involvement in academic coordination, conference management, and scholarly initiatives, she has supported research engagement and supervised students in research-related endeavors.
